WHAT TO DO IF YOUR PHONE LINE IS FAULTY

1    First ring your service provider and ask them to check the line.
2    If you are told that your fault is internal, (past the network boundary) then call me.
I am fully qualified and have the correct ACMA cable licence.
You need someone with fault experience; I did 22 years of service with Telstra.

CHARGES: Telstra currently charge $120 for call out fee and $55 per 15 minutes ($220 per hour)
I charge $60 for call out fee and $15 per 15 minutes ($60 per hour)
